Dear Customer,

You may be aware that almost 4 years ago Cariad Cool Water was acquired by Waterlogic GB Ltd. Whilst we have continued to operate independently we have now reached a point which feels like the right time for us to begin the process of integrating Cariad Cool Water into the Waterlogic family.


Who are Waterlogic?

Waterlogic is the UK and Ireland’s leading water dispenser company offering mains-fed, bottled and hot water office hydration solutions. Operating throughout the UK and Ireland, Waterlogic has 22 locations and is dedicated to delivering great local service at a national scale to all our customers which includes SME's, large corporate accounts, hospitals, schools and many more.


So, what's changing?

System and Service: From 1st July 2022 we will migrate the Cariad business onto our brand-new system which means you will soon be issued with your new account number and web ID which will allow you to purchase your water and consumables online. All paperwork associated with your account will now be branded Waterlogic including invoices and delivery notes. We want to reassure you that you will continue to receive the same high quality service you are used to and your account will be serviced within our standard delivery SLAs.


Product Related: You will start to see some changes to the products you currently purchase including the brand of 18.9L bottled water, which will change to Angel Springs but keep the same great taste, product codes and an increased selection of products available to you.


Finance and Billing - what do you need to do?

In order to align with the rest of the businesses in the group, all customers will move from month-end invoicing to invoicing on the 15th, if you have any questions about invoicing please call us to discuss.


If you currently pay by cheque this will need to be made out to Waterlogic GB Ltd and sent to Shaw House, Shaw Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 9LE.


If you pay by BACS, from the same date the bank details for payment of your invoices will also be changing to the below:
